DLF, GIC to develop 913 apartments in West Delhi’s DLF Midtown

DLF Home Developers Ltd. (DHDL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLF Ltd (DLF), and GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund will develop over 900 luxury apartments at DLF Midtown Delhi’s Moti Nagar with the revenue potential of close to Rs 4,000 crore.

DLF ONE Midtown luxury residential project will have a luxury condominium with two, three, and four-bedroom residences featuring panoramic views, luxurious amenities, shopping destinations and green space.
